The Edward Frim Curriculum Fund
May 28, 2020
Today we announce a fund to honor the memory of Ed Frim, the fourth Head of Metro West Jewish Day School.
Ed was an accomplished, gentle man of integrity who truly lived a life based on Jewish values. He was a mensch who loved his family, loved Judaism and loved MetroWest Jewish Day School. While his time here was far too abbreviated, his influence will be felt throughout our school community for many years to come.
Your donation will support the Edward Frim Curriculum Fund in his memory. Ed’s contribution to MWJDS will have a lasting impact, and with this funding we can continue his work. Today this fund is open, and has already been supported with a significant number of contributions. Your donation will fund the legacy of Ed’s work to prepare students and teachers for the challenges of learning in our new global society.
Please donate to this fund for Curriculum Development and Enhancement for MWJDS. As we continue to build on our remote learning curriculum, which has been in place since March 18, 2020, we are also preparing to return to our school building. Our priority this year is to prepare for dual platforms of learning, integrating what we learned in our very successful remote program with our unique, individualized on-site program. We will meet the challenge and continue to provide an outstanding educational experience for all of our children.
