MWJDS families collected student and teacher supplies for Hurricane Katrina survivors. The supplies were sent to the Mobile, Alabama school district to distribute to their many schools who were taking in children from Louisiana and Mississippi whose homes and schools were destroyed by the hurricane and flood.
