Please complete, sign, and submit an application with a non-refundable $180.00 application fee to Risa Werblin, Director of Admissions, MetroWest Jewish Day School, 29 Upper Joclyn Ave, Framingham, MA 01701.
Deadline: February 1, 2012
- include a copy of your child’s birth certificate and a recent photo of your child.
- Sign the enclosed Release Form on the last page of the application permitting us to contact your child’s current teacher. MWJDS will send a Student Evaluation form to the contact indicated on the Release Form.
- Please include a non-refundable $180 application fee. Please note that the application fee will not be applied to tuition.
