At MWJDS, we feel a strong link to Hebrew, Israel and the Jewish community. Each class is named after one of the seven species of Israel.

A class receives a name in Kindergarten that stays with it, as a foundation for the identify of that community, throughout its career at MWJDS.
We are so excited to welcome our 2010 entering Kindergarten Gefen (grapes) class to join our First Grade Tamar (dates); Second Grade Zayit (olives); Third Grade Rimon (pomegranates); Fourth Grade Te’enah (fig); Fifth Grade Se’orah (barley); and Sixth Grade Hitah (wheat) classes.
