Our teachers and staff members are models for our whole community. They demonstrate daily their love of children and their sense of surprise and wonder at each child’s uniqueness and the “miracles that are daily with us.” They are knowledgeable in subject matter and skillful in the pedagogy in developmentally appropriate ways.
As part of a learning community, we invest in our teachers and staff to develop their skills and help them grow as professionals and individuals.
I found your staff to be particularly passionate and engaged and the students to be really on task and excited. It appears that you have created an environment of inquiry and creativity and you should be proud of these efforts. ~ Principal of a local public middle school upon visiting MWJDS
